The Company will provide you with a reasonable amount of advance notice of any changes to your Subscription Fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before the changes take effect. If you continue to use the Services after a change in Subscription Fees becomes effective, you agree to pay the changed Subscription Fee amount.

As a web tool provider, all products and services provided by AISaver and its business units are non-substantial and irrevocable, therefore no refunds will be given once the order is completed and delivered. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making payment.
Paid account. Please note that by upgrading your free account you will gain access to paid features, thereby converting your account to a "paid account". The paid account will remain in effect until you choose to cancel your account or terminate it in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of cancellation or termination, your account will be transferred back to a free account. Once you upgrade to a paid account, you will be automatically charged on the date you convert your account and at each subsequent renewal (whether monthly or annual). If you decide to cancel your paid account, cancellation will be effective the day after the end of your current subscription period and you will be downgraded to our free version of the service. We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused subscription period. Please note that you are responsible for any applicable taxes and we will deduct them from your fees. Renewal and Cancellation. Your payment will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel before the end of the subscription period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page in the software. Cancellation will be effective the day after the end of the current subscription period and you will be downgraded to the free version of the service. No refunds or credits are available for partial subscription periods.
Ordering Fees. In exchange for the services provided, you must pay the non-refundable subscription fees specified in the subscription plan. Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processing service and additional terms may apply. We reserve the right to use other third-party payment processing services in the future. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable, non-cancelable and exclude taxes. We may charge in the future for features or use that are currently free. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in limited or no access to the Services.
Probation. AISaver may offer a free trial period for evaluation before charging a subscription fee. However, AISaver and its affiliates provide no warranties, indemnities, support or other obligations or liabilities during the trial period. AISaver reserves the right to terminate the trial period at any time and for any reason.

AISaver uses ChatGPT's API, and AISaver may also use other third-party services. Users should review the terms of use of these services to understand how they collect and use user data.

By using AISaver, User agrees to comply with all applicable laws, third party rights (including intellectual property rights, publicity or privacy rights) or any terms or privacy policies applicable to Customer Content. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit or post on AISaver.
